Formed for fun in 1991, the Weasels were co-workers at the Sunflower Group in Kansas City. Some of us still are. In fact, 6 of the 7 Weasels on stage in LA (at the 5th Annual FORTUNE Magazine Battle of the Corporate Bands) were Sunflower Group employees. Despite that "company band-ness" people still (repeatedly) show up for Weasel gigs. And they stick around, kinda like Sunflower Group employees.

Beyond the Sunflower employee dimension, the Weasels have enjoyed playing with several "ringers." That is, musical friends drawn to the casual yet goofy energy of the Weasel-thing.
